Laundry and Dry Cleaning pickup and delivery mobile and desktop app for adhoc and subscription-based orders. Integration with tax calculation, payment, and subscription management systems.

Unique Challenges:
1. Building consumer trust in turning over valued possessions to CD One. We addressed this by providing proactive status updates and a real-time inventory management system that tracked belongings through every step of the cleaning and delivery process.
2. Gaining support from Delivery Drivers. We addressed this by enabling them the flexibility to manage their assigned routes by re-ordering and re-mapping the sequence of pickups and deliveries. We also made sure they were able to handle exceptions (missing bags, subscriber absence, dangerous environment, etc.) with ease.
Results: Pilot store captured and sustained 350 orders weekly. Franchise launched the service in 7 more stores.
